More Reliable Solutions For Motion Sickness

Leave a message

Pre-trip preparations: Avoid traveling on an empty stomach or after a large meal. Choose a window seat with good ventilation to minimize head movement.

Medication: For short trips, dimenhydrinate tablets (OTC) can be used. For long trips or those with severe motion sickness, consult a doctor for scopolamine patches (prescription).

Physical support: Wear an anti-motion sickness wristband (to relieve symptoms by pressing the Neiguan acupoint), or use an inhaler containing essential oils.

If severe motion sickness symptoms occur frequently (such as vomiting or fainting), it is recommended to consult an ENT specialist to rule out vestibular dysfunction and other conditions. Any motion sickness products containing medication should be used under professional guidance.
